The Turkish-Mediterranean cuisine of Linus-Apart

The cuisine of Linus Apart offers Turkish Mediterranean delicacies, as known in the Aegean Sea countries. We prepare all the popular dishes - both vegetarian and with meat or fish. Our menu features fresh seasonal salads, traditional appetizers and soups, a selection of classic appetizers and tempting desserts and other Turkish delights.

For the preparation we use only fresh ingredients and products. They are predominantly from organic farmers from the environment or from our little garden. Sun-ripened fruits and vegetables from the region, dairy products such as sheep and goat cheese, organic meat from local farmers, as well as fresh fish and seafood from the Dalyandelta tickle your taste buds.

The area around Dalyan offers a variety of healthy agricultural products of all kinds such as olives and extra virgin olive oil. But also figs, pomegranates and citrus fruits Moreover, there are subtle spices, aromatic forest honey.

Start your day healthy and energetic with our rich breakfast. We serve our guests fresh bread, butter, cheese, jam, coffee and tea. By June is there daily fresh squeezed orange juice from the garden. From July there are various fruits of the season to choose from. Try our homemade Turkish jam made from fresh seasonal fruit, such as apricots, figs, quince and pumpkin. We prepare delicious' fruit spreads. Also from our own production we offer pomegranate syrup.

Fancy a special breakfast? Exclusive to Linus-Apart, there is a "five star breakfast with eagle eyes." We bring you with our car to the most beautiful vantage points around Dalyan. There you can enjoy breakfast with fantastic views of the sea and surrounding countryside, or have a picnic of your choice.

On request we grill fresh fish from the Dalyandelta in the garden or lamb and goat meat from organic farmers from the surrounding areas.

Vegetarians can enjoy our delicious grilled vegetables.

Rates *: Our extensive breakfast is served for € 5. The lunch and dinner menus, are from 6 to 15 Euro. At a breakfast or picnic with eagle eyes an extra surcharge. We discuss that with you in advance.

* All prices are per person per meal. Children under 6 years old eat free at Linus-Apart. Our kitchen also serves individual needs - whether it is a food allergy, dietary or special preference of the children or adults ... we are at your service!
